There was a time I wasn't as big of a Labradoodle fan as the other doodles, as I am today. I'm grateful my friend got us re-hooked! I'm excited about our line of Labradoodles. Temperaments are
prettycalm, loving! And fetch loving too!!!
I'm an Irish Wolfhound fan, so I love the shaggy look of the F1 Labradoodle. A F1 is the first generation of a pure bred Labrador Retriever to a pure bred Poodle. We prefer AKC on our original
pure bred lines, and since AKC doesn't recognize the Labradoodle yet, we will often use a designer registry called UABR, which also provides a 3 generation pedigree with application.
We also love the maintenance, less grooming if any. With our F1, we don't notice hair in the car or the house when she's been out & about. But, to be honest, with a F1 Labradoodle, there can
be minimal to moderate shedding. But much better than a "regular" dog. Our F1bs should shed even less. (F1 Labradoodle bred back to a poodle).
Since re-adding the Labradoodle to our program, we will have the occassional litter of F1bs, we no longer breed F1s. Our F1b lines are directly from our beloved original F1 lines.
